I never did but have had the itch to learn something recently. I am honestly not great at learning new things but I figured it can be something I can train myself to stick with to improve. I thought of going for something on the easier side like a piano but I am really tempted to just abuse myself mentally and get a violin. LOL!! I have heard that is one of the hardest instruments to learn and even harder to master. Do you play any instruments?

Recently got into setting up my own server. I have Jellyfin on it and am setting it up to be my home media station pretty much. Loading it up with movies and shows I want to watch or rewatch. It has been a lot of fun. I upgraded and swapped out things like 3 times now. I got a Terramaster NAS now and it works great for what I wanted. Curious if anyone else has a home server. Looking for more server app suggestions.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/1623730/Palworld/ I was really into Pokemon back in the day and this just feels like a more "adult" version of it in a sense. Has a bit more going for it too rather than just the basics Pokemon offers. I am tempted to buy it but I normally avoid buying games in beta. Also, was hoping it would be on console as well but it doesn't look like it will be anytime soon. Have you played it?

From time to time, I like to go back and play older games. I loved a lot of the SNES games and the PS1 games from the past. I feel like some of them are still insanely good to this day. I would love for them to take older titles from back then and just remaster them for current gen consoles. Keep everything the same like the same style and stuff but just make it look fresher. Anyways, what are some classic titles from the past that you are still very fond of?

Looking for fun co-op games I can play with a friend. Something on Xbox is best as we both have Game Pass and PC is not ideal unless it is a smaller game cause his gaming PC is down right now so he only has a laptop. I am struggling to find something interesting for both of us. Any suggestions?

I am curious. I usually don't but decided to give it a try this year. My family is doing a NFL playoffs and Super Bowl betting card with some other people in the area. It was $100 but I could win a pretty good amount so I figured why not. I don't watch football though so I don't even know what to expect. lol Do you do any kind of sports betting on any sport?

I used to play way more but the older I get, the less I play. I am just busy with work and tend to be too busy during the week to play much of anything. I usually only play on the weekends now so I can get a decent session in instead of only having an hour during the week if I am lucky. How often do you play games these days?

I think everyone has them even when they don't want to admit to it. The whole new year new me thing dies hard lol So what are some goals you have for 2024? My main goal right now is losing some weight. I wanna drop some fat and then work on getting in better shape. Putting on some muscle. I have not been fit since I was in my early 20s. I gained mad weight since then and have not really worked out or anything in years.

For those of you that celebrate, how did things go for you? This year didn't feel like much of a Christmas. I mean every year it feels less and less like it. People are getting more greedy, so many people complaining about money. I just can't. I pretty much just kept to myself. I would love to be able to host something for the holiday just to have more control over things but I don't have the space for it. Anyways, didn't get much for Christmas either. Not that that is important. I just noticed a downward trend since 2020 and likely has to do with the economy and people just not being able to afford stuff anymore.
